Due to the unique characteristics of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for candles or diffusers that have been used or due to a change of mind.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the purchase of earrings unless the goods are of unacceptable quality or incorrectly described. We want to ensure your satisfaction, and our commitment to quality is evident in every piece we create.

Damaged Merchandise

House of Hettie is delighted to replace any damaged items that occurred during shipping, provided photographic evidence is submitted within 7 days, subject to our discretion.
